Return policy

Returns Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender.  In certain situations, partial refunds are given. If applicable: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our control. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Exchanges (if applicable)  Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a credit note with which you can reorder the item you would like to exchange it for. To request a return, please contact us  here.
