Our delivery times average 1 to 5 days. However, these times may be extended during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.). During these periods, packages can take up to 15 days to be delivered.

Most of our packages are sent via Chronopost. However, depending on the delivery times we offer, we may use other carriers to provide you with faster delivery.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from order preparation and delivery times.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to change your delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee a successful address change if your request was sent more than 5 minutes after your order was finalized.
